This design puts your name in the upper left, your title in lower left, menu in the upper right and links in the bottom right. The rest of the content is centered with a scroller.
Homepage gets the left side filled with your headshot that is in fact aligned with the background image split. But that is the only page that is aligned with the background. The rest of the content is split in half.
