Assuming the actors had the talent to back it up, if an actor is above average and another one is very attractive who’s more likely to get the lead role? Excluding rom-coms, how much would looks play into someone getting a lead?

I've seen a few videos on voice actors "changing their voices" but they dont explain how. It comes off as an inherent anomaly they were born capable of producing. I think a speech pathologist would be the best person to explain specifically how these voice actors are able to change their voices so much. Are these succe…

I hope that one day I can work on something as impactful and inspirational as SU. Right now I know practically nothing about the voice over world. What can I do to get started?
